The foliage of Strawberry Gum contains an oil with a fruity aroma and is commercially harvested for the food industry. The tree, 8-20m tall, is endemic to the Northern Tablelands of NSW. Dried leaves are used to flavour food. White flowers in summer. Available at Worn Gundidj.
